"Was a great stay. Hospitality and service were amazing. The blinds in our bathroom were old and damaged (many missing and broken) but otherwise we had a great stay. THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL!"

"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."

"The hotel was amazing. But this application not. I got one rate from hotels. Com and when I got to the hotel it was double the price. Hotel.com doesn't give the right information. "

"This is a modern aparthotel in uneven downtown LA that is well run. Staff is outstanding. My major complaint is that the kitchen has toxic black plastic cooking utensils and the living room needs a bright standing lamp. But these caveats are minor for an overall great experience."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Delphi Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The housekeeping did an excellent job—everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless and fresh. The room also felt modern and cozy, which made it very relaxing after a long day exploring Los Angeles. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect in downtown with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail in the room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA."

"The price of the room per night was more affordable than I expected for an high-end hotel. Optimal location for easy walking access to major cultural locations in the downtown area. Love that there was a restaurant and cafe onsite. And the staff were some of the kindness and most helpful I’ve experienced at a hotel. Would definitely consider booking here again for a future trip. "
