This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in quite a while. Staff was so friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and there were so many things to do and see in the location it was at. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t bring our swimsuits, which was too bad because the pool looked awesome. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Los Angeles.

This was my first time in LA, and I can say the hotel made the experience amazing. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again. The spa was 10/10 as well, and the food was good. I only had the opportunity to go to one restaurant outside the hotel, and the cocktails and food there were excellent. the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. and the restaurant bar food was so tasty, the swimming facilities were excellent, and my family had a very enjoyable holidays in JW Marriott.
