The staff was courteous and attentive. The establishment was maintained. However, I encountered an issue with a hole above the ceiling in the shower, which I discovered was the source of condensation for the water to drip. Apart from these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was satisfactory.

Swanky property with great public spaces and restaurants. Only downside was room service arriving essentially as a takeout delivery to your room (complete with huge service and delivery fees, and food in cardboard containers with plastic forks). Weird, but maybe that’s just how it’s now.
