The hotel is in a very nice location. Friendly staff. Very close to Little Tokyo Village. Valet parking is very courteous. The room is spacious. Everything is very good. However, the faucet instructions were wrong, right side was cold but came out with hot water while the left side was supposed to be hot and came out with cold water. Please correct this problem.
