“Very grungy and cigarette butts on the patio. Hardware was broken off, ceiling panel hanging. This was a very disgusting "drug haven" appearing room. Definitely the worst room I've been in since more than 20 years ago (in the US). There was a convention in town, every hotel booked and this was one of the last available rooms in the city of Reno. “I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t this, the room was dirty, says no smoking yet there was ashes all over the chair, the bathroom had “small body hairs” all over the tub and the floor, the toilet wasn’t cleaned at all, even a quick wipe down would have done the trick.
