The parking area was well lit with plenty of spaces. Room was very clean. The AC/Heat worked well getting the room to a comfortable level quickly. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me connected to the wi-fi network. It was a good 1 night stay.

Great place for comfort and safety as a solo woman

AMAZING. Will def be one of my favorites in reno. Its close enough to the airport and freeway for travel. The rooms have been renovated, very clean and comfortable. Also the staff is VERY accommodating and kind.

Parking was easy and secure, i didn't need touse airconditioning as the climate was the perfect temperature even during the heat of the day. room was clean and tidy as well as the bathroom. there was only 1 tiny trashbin in the bathroom, but they did have a big trash can outside of the room that was changed daily.

Had parking directly in front of our room for being downstairs was a plus with a newborn. AC was great, had to shut it off a few times as it got to cold sometimes. Good thing. One downside, some of the wall plugs did not work and rather than reload the whole family up and attempt to move rooms, we bought ourselves a traveling extension cord now for future, in case use.

The room was fine, but everything else about the place was a Dump 😭😞!!! Still the staff was courteous and friendly, that is the only upside!!If this is the last place in Reno stay here if not go elsewhere!!!

the room was dirty and the there were no cups for the coffee maker. The blow dryer was broken. The safety lock in the room was also broken. the grounds were very dirty. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Did have a mini fridge, and microwave in the room that worked. There is no breakfast as advertised. The place is in very bad shape, but it appears they are redoing several of the rooms. Maybe it will be better in the future.

FYI. Theres no pool or breakfast as stated. The outside looks pretty ghetto especially for the price. The rooms were clean. Linens need to be updated. The female receptionist was great. All men cleaners that i had to confront 2 times about looking in my room. A lot of big rigs around. Wouldn't suggest for single women.

Room climate and parking were fine except for the garbage and cigarette butts all over the place. Didn't use the air conditioning. What happened to the morning breakfast? It was always there in y previous stays but not now. Big disappointment. The online photo shows the breakfast room with breakfast. Fake advertisement. Re staff: Abdesh was fine, effective, and polite. My 4 stars are for him. Dealt with Kim also, but only once; she was effective. I didn't see any other staff. I've given this inn five or six chances over the years but this may be the last time I stay there.

Hard to find. Located in industrial area behind U.S. Post Office. Homeless in their derelict vans, moho’s and trailers on the property’s perimeter. Litter in the parking areas in front of rooms. Building exterior needs repair and paint. Inside, the cheap false wood floors were dirty. Gap around the door. Dodgy clientele. Dodgy employees. Afraid my car was going to be stolen. Thank God the door had a bolt and the usual upper latch. The room price was cheap but still excessive for a dump motel. The towels were clean and the water hot. Surprised to find such an awful motel in the Wyndham chain
