"Excellent restaurants to eat at all staff in the restaurants were friendly. Don’t stay in the North or south tower if you expect nice or even close to casino and restaurants. We were put in this room which I wouldn’t want to spend one night let alone 4. The pool area was nice there are two areas but one side was closed so it was a bit crowded."
"The hotel is very well maintained and us clean. The housekeeping service is only on request, so dont forget to call. The only criticism is that it is a long way to the room from the parking area and there are no luggage carts to assist you. If you cannot make a long walk multiple times, this is not the place for you..."
Circus Circus Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"I expected a lot better from a Caesars property. The room we stayed in at the Skyway Tower was old, ugly, and very run down. Looks like it hasn't been updated in years. Overall, very disappointed in the room. Would not stay there again. I would stay at the El Dorado or the Silver Legacy, which are all connected, before I stayed at Circus Circus again. Also, to get to our room in the elevator you have to scan your card for the elevator to work. It would have been helpful if someone had mentioned that to us. Overall, 4 out of 10."
" Very clean and comfortable room, good view from the window. Nice lounge areas both inside and out. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown, casinos and bowling center. Have stayed here twice now, and will be back. "
