"Very clean, staff was friendly!"

"For the price range, this is a nice hotel. The rooms are cleaner than some of the other places in the area, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Few minor inconveniences, like walls & ceilings so thin you can hear people laughing/yelling/coughing/stomping above and behind you. You can hear people in other rooms across the hall, too. However, there was plenty of parking, spacious elevators, clean bathrooms, and we saw zero bugs. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall with very nice stores very close. We were originally placed in a room on the 4th floor. Upon walking in, it smelled musty & was a bit humid, not to mention next to a room with very loud kids you could hear from the hallway. We asked for another room, and they placed us on the other side of the noisy room (so, 2 rooms away from where we just were). I immediately asked for another room again that would not be that close & finally we were given a different room on a different floor. All things considered, this for me is a 9 out of 10 stars. I’m very grateful to have had somewhere nice to stay for the price we paid. "

"The front staff was ver very rude. My daughter called to front office to ask for the wifi password and the front office man refuse to give it to her. The place is older than the pictures look as well. "

"First room the tv was broke and they knew it. Next room had a flashing light on the air conditioner that lit up the room at nite. Staff was great but really didn’t like the hotel. There was also an armed guard in the lobby. "

"The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately the room itself had several problems. The toilet would not flush properly, the air conditioner rattled loudly all night, and the microwave sounded like it was malfunctioning and wouldn’t even warm coffee. The bathroom door was extremely heavy and difficult to open, and there were very few outlets in the room. There was also a noticeable stain on the bedding. Overall the room needs significant maintenance and updating."
