"All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and Natalia was a standout. She so genuinely enjoyed being helpful and gave great recommendations for nearby gelato. I want to return and stay here again. Our room was right off the lobby and remained quiet. Simply a lovely experience."

"Good: - Nice clean hotel. - Excellent Location. - Good staffs. - OK breakfast (vegetarian). Bad: - First night was wasted with ligths not switching off in the room, and then AC was cut-off. The staff tried to fix it the next day, and then it was okay. - VERY expensive parking. - Annoying parking, where someone has to come to you everytime you want to get in or get out of the car park."
