"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Alvica is a true hidden gem in Puglia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were amazed by this place. Marco and his whole family were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and ideally located for exploring many of Puglia’s traditional villages and towns. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning , and the swimming pool is superb. We absolutely loved our stay at Alvica and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Puglia. We would definitely come back! 🇮🇹❤️"

"Took a few days for the staff to warm up but by the end everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The pool was very cold but beautiful. Restaurant, property all beautiful. Breakfast had lots of variety and we appreciated the fresh fruit! Considering this as a wedding venue it's so beautiful especially around sunset. The only complaint is the speed bumps on the driveway are aggressive."

The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Puglia. We easily visited Oria, Ostuni, Francavilla Fontana, Gallipoli, Nardò, and several stunning beaches, within a short drive. "Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "
