“Staffs were kind and every staff used perfect English. Room was great, got upgraded room. Breakfast was delicious with various options, hot meals and buffet tables with various bread, cereals, potatoes, bacon etc. Could not use swimming pool and sauna as I did not bring swimming suit. It would be good if hotel provide it. There was a small miscommunication on my reservation between CS section and front desk, but it was quickly solved.”

“I was charged $100 more than the room cost when i checked in to just hold, then didnt get refund when i checked out. I asked to hotel via hotels.com and the hotel explained that i had ordered $100 breakfast menu on my last day of stay. They dont even have seperate menu for breakfast and i had breakfast included service. I still didnt get the clear answer nor the refund. Considering the currency rate of argnetinian peso, $100 menu for breakfast is also absurd. Plus they predicted it when i first...

“Spectacular location. Absolute luxury and exceptional service. The restaurants are excellent, and their Rojo Tango show is the best in town.”

“This hotel has two aspects of traditional and nodern advantages. The room is enough space to stay. It also very clean and comfortable. When I visit Buenos, I'd like to stay again. ”
