Superb property with excellent staff... Loved the pools, especially the thermal ones... The property had multiple pools, both indoors and outside... Fantastic experience staying with family.. Centrally located with shopping markets nearby... Best place to stay when visiting Pamukkale

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. There are all the necessary services at an affordable price (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including thermal waters, massage). Polite and attentive staff. Quiet and picturesque area. All the main attractions located in the province are very close. Definitely recommend. It is better to make hotel reservations in advance.

The hotel room was so hot when we arrived and it took 3 full hours to cool off once we turned it on. I get that they want to conserve energy when guests are not using rooms, but when you have a booked reservation and expecting guests in a room, on a hot summer day, have the air turned on and the room cool and ready. The staff was super pleasant and the hotel quiet. Very clean.

Everything was perfect. The staffs are great and very helpful. The rooms are big, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel. The thermal pools are very good and relaxing. My family and I loved tk stay in the Ece Pamukkale Hotel

Good place for families with kids. In the center of a cute little Village in Denizli. Only 10 minutes ride from Pamukkale. There are thermal baths within a walking distance.

Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

Small and pleasant stay.

İt was a pleasant stay. The hotel allowed us to check-in earlier and to check out one hour later. The rooms are spaceful and they have good swimming pools. The hotel is small with only 18 rooms, so it is quite place to stay. They don't have a parking lot, but I didn't see any problem to park in the street in front of the hotel.

I loved this spot. Pamukkale is the best . Hotel is clean and comfortable . Swimming pool and sauna are open 24 hours . Personnel was very kind and helpful . Breakfast is not continental. I could not find any biscuits or croissant and I was starving:( . The rest perfect

Favorite is nice. I asked them airport Transport Service in advance ,but they didn’t prepare anything. Just in the morning,they called taxi even I remain them when I was checking in. There are some options but they don’t support me.Or they didn’t understand well. Only one man can speak English.

Ece Otel'i, büyük kızımızın adı Ece olduğu için tercih etmiştik. İyi ki de etmişiz. Eşim ve iki kızımla birlikte iki gün boyunca keyifle konakladık. Odamızın ve otelin genel temizliği gerçekten çok iyiydi. Personel her zaman güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kahvaltı da gayet çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bugüne kadar onlarca otelde konakladık ve gönül rahatlığıyla söyleyebilirim ki Ece Otel, bizim için iyi bir deneyimdi. Konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi rahat ve değerli hissettik. Otelden mutlu ve gülümseyerek ayrıldık; bence bir tatilin en önemli göstergesi de budur. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür eder, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Hotels.com aracılığı ile 4 kişilik bir aile olarak tuttuğum ve buna göre ödeme yaptığım otelde bana 3 kişilik oda verildi. Sonrasında çözüm için getirilen ek yatak üzerinde temiz alan yoktu. Heryerde sarı sarı sıvı lekeleri mevcuttu. Personel diğer yatakları göstermek için beni balkon gibi bir alanda tahta bir dolaba götürü. İçindeki yatakların her biri diğerinden daha pis ve kirliydi. Ayrıca oda da ek yatak için alan açmak için diğer yatağı 10cm kenara ittiginde altindan çıkan çöpler ve tozlar sanki odada hiç temizlik yapılmamış gibiydi. Çalışanlara durumu açıklamaya çalışınca bana ek çözüm sunmadilar Spa hizmetini denemedim o yüzden değerlendiriyorum. Havuzlara gelince 1. Dış alandaki termal havuz içinde yosun parçacıkları ve kuş pislikleri yürüyordu. Temizleme filtreleri çok maliyetli mi bilmiyorum ama misafirleri o suya sokmaktansa bu hizmet sunulmalı 2. Normal havuz kenarlarında kullanılan taş ne taşı bilmiyorum ama ponza taşı benzeri yapısı var. Tüm çocuklar ara ara kenara tutunarak yuzdukleri havuzdan parmak uçları rendelenmiş şekilde kanlar içinde çıktılar. O alan için havuzlar için üretilen tutunma oluklu seramiklar var. İnsana zarar vermeme amacıyla bu konuda düzenleme yapılmalı. Çocuk havuzu içinde çocuklar var iken havuz temizleme robotu da eş zamanlı havuz içindeydi. Kablosu ile beraber. Güvenlik sistemleri mutlak güçlü olan cihazlar olabilir fakat çok küçük ihtimaller bile olsa elektrik kaçağı olma ihtimali olan bir yapılar. Çocukların hayatını hiçe sayılıyor.

Koridorlar ve odalar aslında gayet güzeldi ama banyo son derece bakımsızdı. Açık havuz ve termal havuz fena değildi ama kapalıları yine son derece bakımsızdı. Sabah kahvaltı vardı ama oda son derece vasat bir kahvaltıydı. Ben bir gece kaldım bir gece için problem değil ama 2-3 gece kalınacak olsa kesinlikle fiyat performans açısından tavsiye etmem.

Oda temizliği yeterli, çift kişilik yatak kötü durumda, bir tarafı çökmüş. Uzun zamandır bu şekilde gibi görünüyor. Oda içerisinde fazladan bir yatak vardı onu kullandım. Çift kişilik yatak bu şekilde kalmaya devam ederse yeniden konaklamayı istemezdim.
