We have stayed at this property several times and this unit was very disappointing!!! There was mold on the ceiling and bathrooms. It felt like a neglected property that is not being monitored. The balcony was filthy, the fridge, stove and outdoor furniture were rusty, the floor corners were VERY dirty and when I walked barefoot in the unit, my feet were black. I would NEVER stay in this unit again. I have pictures of all of these issues.

The property was nice overall, but we had an issue Friday night with the tub being stopped up and they didn’t fix the problem until late Saturday. Which was an inconvenience to my family.

Ned’s some upkeep. Several noticeable wear and tear. Closet door wouldn’t close. Tile and the main bathroom had mold on it and needed to be replaced. Towel Rack was torn off the wall and laying on the floor paint needs to be refreshed.

I didn’t like how the building was a bit confusing. Took me a while to find the pool, no clear signs directing to pool. Very limited amount of pools and spas/sauna. No assign parking was also an inconvenience. Nice views. Clean room. Spacious. Room was same as the pictures - which was good. Overall, good experience.

Emerald Beach was Great. Southernmost Im not totally impressed. I ask the first host about towels and she said I had to wash my own. The 2nd time I called I told them I wasnt on vacation to do Laundry and I did get towels. Not real good communication on that. Im also upset with Expedia that I got screwed out of $186-- said I could cancel!!

The resort overall was good, just they mixed up our room with someone else’s room and gave us the code to the door that someone else had rented before already and we didn’t know it My Wife and I unlocked the door with the code they sent us and we walked inside and somebody was in there. We almost got shot that man was really mad at us and came with a gun that almost scared us to death so I called them and said that the room we rented was in use so they gave us a different room and that room we got also had a washer and dryer in there and we washed our clothes when we took our clothes out of the washer. They were completely ruined. I don’t know what it was if it was oil or something but our clothes had a complete gray-black isch color about $100 worth of clothes and I hope to get a partial refund from Emerald Beach resort

Told workers would be coming into our unit 8-5 to do the tile on balcony which would be closed during our stay. Sorry, construction would be around us with loud constant noises. Sorry, construction will not be close to us. Got there, all access code did not work to get into parking garage. A lady gave us hers which turned out to be the new code, ours expired, when? Pots pans scratched, unusable, can opener had to be cleaned before using as food caked on, bedroom was cold and noisy, not enough towels, days to figure out remote, slept on pull out bed, no welcome packet as to the property and which elevators to use, it appeared to be a rental by owner, couldn’t use washer unless there as wash machine might overflow, I would not recommend that resort after staying there.

Had no access to balcony at all even though i called. Asked for a refund. Sofa bed sheets dirty. Washer didnt spin out water so drying was difficult. I had no response from ...text if you need anything.....number. There was a so called work order for balcony door but no one ever showed up. For what we paid everything should have been perfect but nowhere near it. It was pretty but so many things not in correct working order. I will not visit again and recommend you dont either. I havent heard anything about a refund of any kind. I guess i should have investigated before hand. Kinds like false advertising. I am very disappointed and do not intend on staying there again.

From parking to the unit we have to change many elevator and pool access was not instructed at all. No trash can in the master bathroom.

This was out second stay at the property. It's bit dated but still offers beach access, outdoor pools (including a heated one) and nearby amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

Popular high rise condo with a covered walkway from the parking garage. Our u it was clean, and stocked exactly as described. The management company communicated well about check in and check out and my questions.

Stayed on the 24th floor! Penthouse view was beautiful. Right on the water. Unit was clean and plenty of space. I liked that there was a washer and dryer available to use. Good communication on property regarding codes needed for parking and unit. The only complaint was the elevators. They took a long time to get to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time.
