Rooms are old and have a bad smell. Had a few baby roaches in the room and it was to late to change rooms and probably not any better. They did offerbut I was already settled . Just make sure you have your reservation filled out correctly with everyone’s name on them where it may irritate the clerk. Pool was old and could have been a little better maintained. Very noisy area.I will never stay there again.

Room felt unclean, the bedding felt damp and appeared to have mold growing on ceiling. Just not a comfortable safe environment. We only needed the room for the night, word of advice spend the extra 50 or 60 dollars and stay somewhere else.

This place is a dump. Saw two drug deals while walking my service dog. Being a retired cop that worked dumps like this. I knew what I was looking at and my service K9 alerted me as well. Went inside the office and clerk was arguing with two different guests. After about 5 minutes we left without even checking in. We were able to find a much nicer and safer place 10 minutes down the road.

The place was alright, my girlfriend and I wanted a place to rest our heads for the night and we got that. The place could use some refurbishing, my room had some cracks along the door column and teenage roaches came out of it. Apart from that the room was ok.

Convenient to Thomas Drive! I thought all pet friendly hotels required a shot record upon arrival…. I have never stayed at a Pet Friendly hotel that doesn’t want you to leave your pet in the room alone for more than hour. They DO NOT provide wash cloths for their guests. Only towels and hand towels for guests! That’s was from the managers mouth. (White guy with ponytail and glasses)

The wifi didn't work and their only response was the service was spotty, our showerhead had a leak upon check-in that after asking to have maintenance look at it was never addressed and there were roaches. We left the property early.
