Great location, Great staff, you can tell the room has been renovated. It was very clean and it's daily room service. Incredible views from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows that give you an amazing view as soon as you walk in the room. I would say here again.

The staff and location are outstanding. Sure, the hotel could use a refresh, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The back balcony was amazing, offering unobstructed views of the ocean. If I am in Panama City Beach again, this will be my first choice.

We loved our stay!! My husband and I took a red eye into PCB and staff let us check in before 9am! $60 fee but so worth it. And then since we had an evening flight out, they held our bags and gave us wristbands so we could still hang out on the property. Easily got one more beach day in. Rooms are simple but very cozy with unbeatable ocean views. Would totally stay here again!

Older condo style room. Kitchen was a little dated, bed was ok, pillows were terrible. Balcony is pretty good size with good views. Staff cleaned the room each day. Amenities are ok but not enough for all people staying. Place is kept very clean and staff was super nice. Considering it being an older place, it is kept up very well and clean.

Parking spaces a little bit tighter, more parking space across the street. Room condition clean, kitchenette lack of table and chairs, bar table and 2 chairs available. Our was pleasant. Walking distance to pier park is a plus.

The Osprey is a wonderful place to stay if you have kids and if you are looking for a more budget friendly option. We never struggled with parking (crazy for 4th of July week), the staff was super sweet, and we had a clean room + made beds everyday. Private access right to the beach and their tiki bar was a cute, added plus. Shoutout to the bartender doing it all! It’s family owned and it shows! It felt like a close community and there were staff around the property everyday ensuring it was clean and kept. 10/10 recommend! I’m *pretty sure* every room in the OSPREY part are oceanfront rooms. (Don’t hold me to it) our balcony was on the 3rd floor and it was a gorgeous view of the gulf everyday. Not to mention the full equipped kitchen !
