Older place on the beach. Staff was amazing. Honestly nothing really wrong with the hotel. Solid good safe place to stay. Not a huge fan of Panama City Beach as this will probably be my first and only visit. Love gulf shores AL more.

A real gem amongst the high rise hotels We absolutely loved our stay gorgeous beach gulf view on the beach and so friendly. Our bed was made each day and garbage picked up CLEAN ROOM no bugs not a one. Super great price We even stayed an additional day it was lovely Within walking distance to stores and Ferris wheel and lots of restaurants perfect location price and amenities 3 pools hot tub tiki bar and a gorgeous view Could not have been nicer loved the popcorn too!!

The staff at the Osprey went above and beyond to accomodate our stay. The room was clean and surprising to us had a full stove, refrigerator and microwave. Walmart was 3mins away, so we were able to shop for food and cook while we were there. Just a 10min walk to Pier Park was great. Right on the beach. Down a few stairs and step onto the beach is exactly what we were looking for. There was live entertainment at the Tiki Bar and free clam chowder was served on Wednesday. The pool is small and the hot tub is even smaller, but the seating area is spacious to sit and soak up some sun. Parking was a little tight, but we were always able to find a spot. The rate was very affordable especially during spring break. We will definitely return here for it's location, rate, and staff hospitality.

The property was older but in very Good, Clean condition! Staff was very polite! Let us check in early! Had a tiki bar, served some food, sweet bartender! Has three pools, outdoor games, nice beach front! All rooms Has ocean view. Only four levels of rooms. Our only complaint was horrible disrespectful kids running around, knocking on doors, spitting on cars, and then giving you attitude when we told them to stop knocking on our door! No clue where their parents were.

This was my solo retreat for the holidays. The staff were very welcoming. The room was really clean. I loved that there were a lot of shops and restaurants near mine. It is a family friendly hotel and being directly on the beach was just amazing. I loved relaxing on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking to just slow down and relax. I will definitely stay here again.
