We like the beach the staff was nice and not the pool wasn’t welcoming. The beach view was great. The place needs a lot of upgrade, but for the price of the view was great. And it was close to everything. It was a good view, but the place needs a lot of upgrade.

My family and I have stayed here for the past 5 years. We love the easy walking distance to Pier Park, Sharky's. and Wongo's. There is also a small store across from Senoir Frogs that makes The Best Daiquiri on the beach. See You Next Year!!!!

Wonderful beachfront stay We had a great experience at Seahaven Beach Hotel. Being able to wake up every day to spectacular sea views was definitely a highlight of the trip. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size for the price however, they are outdated. Minor cosmetic issues like flickering lights and loud air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable and the view was great.

Location is VERY dated, but for the price, understandable. I have stayed here in the past and I chose this property again because of the cleanliness before, however this visit was a little disappointing. The staff was very accommodating and the view was great.

The location was great. The views can’t be beat. The parking was a hassle, if you’re not lucky enough to get a parking space on the property then you have to park across a very busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool

The hotel is older. but not maintained in repairs or cleaning. The floors were coming up, there was a piece missing from the tub, the air conditioning unit was leaking large puddles on the floor. The ocean view was nice and at night it was very quiet. I would not recommend based on the overall dilapidated state of the hotel.

Overall, our stay was nice. The beach view and easy access to the beach is 10/10. The pool was clean and a great size. Staff were kind and helpful. The only thing keeping Seahaven from a 5 star rating is the place needs a renovation in several areas in the rooms from balcony bars to the bathrooms. But no serious complaints from my family. The price was decent for a beachfront hotel.

If you are looking for a clean room that is beachfront on a budget…this is a good option! Nothing fancy, just 2 comfortable beds & a bathroom with easy beach access. Small parking lot but a lot of parking across the street that is very well lit. Good coffee in the lobby 24/7.

We only were in PCB for the weekend. Room was clean. Hotel is older but clean. Elevator broke down once but they had it running within a few hours. Beach front was amazing. All in all it was fine for us!
