Hotel is definitely not a 5 star but well worth it. The beds were comfy and the shower worked well. However, location is everything. Surrounded by one medium size hotels and several restaurants that were on the beach.. cowards were at a minimum and didn't feel the need to get up at 5 am to put chairs out.

My family and I have stayed here for the past 5 years. We love the easy walking distance to Pier Park, Sharky's. and Wongo's. There is also a small store across from Senoir Frogs that makes The Best Daiquiri on the beach. See You Next Year!!!!

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size for the price however, they are outdated. Minor cosmetic issues like flickering lights and loud air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable and the view was great.

The location was great. The views can’t be beat. The parking was a hassle, if you’re not lucky enough to get a parking space on the property then you have to park across a very busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool

The hotel is older. but not maintained in repairs or cleaning. The floors were coming up, there was a piece missing from the tub, the air conditioning unit was leaking large puddles on the floor. The ocean view was nice and at night it was very quiet. I would not recommend based on the overall dilapidated state of the hotel.

I like the beach access. The receptionist was very nice and polite. The rooms however were not as advertised on the website. If we had not arrived so late that night, we would have gone to another hotel. Not my ideal sleeping spot.
