“Great customer service. All staffs are friendly and nice. The food is excellent. Also, quiet and relaxing place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.”

There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

“The place was not maintained well at all. Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. ”

“This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡”

“Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life ”
