โI only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.โ
โCannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...
โReally spacious comfortable room, although we did find the shower position a bit awkward. Staff very friendly and efficient, whilst the breakfast was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.โ

โThe staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. Please give them all a raise!!!โ
