“We arrived just as it was about to start raining. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lunch in the River Cafe was quick and delicious and then we went for our Spa treatment. The heavens opened just as our treatment began, and it was so relaxing hearing the rain drop down on the canvas while we were having one of our best treatments ever. Our room was just as per the fotos, beautiful, with exceptional quality linen. We also spent some quality time in the bath overlooking the forest. ...

“There was no toilet paper in the room. i had to ask at reception for that. there was no tea and coffee either. lots of work needs to go into the wifi reliability as well particularly if you seek to attract business trips. no iron and ironing board in the room either. ”

“The overall stay was OK. Room amenities where great and it was very comfortable. However, it was very noisy the Saturday morning when we woke, workers and guests. I had to phone in on Saturday afternoon when our room was not made up when we were gone the entire day, even when indicated so with the sign on the door. ”
