“Disappointing. Last time we visited we had a power cut, this time we couldn’t use the bath due to plumbing issues. To cap it all breakfast was chaos. The hotel was busy due to an event, there was no filer coffee but staff left us waiting without information. No sausage, bacon, egg except one or 2 portions coming out piecemeal. No natural yogurt or fruit salad, toaster out of order. We are pretty patient but this was unnecessary if planning had been put in place.
Yes the room rates are low and...

“Very clean room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is lovely and shower is great.
Hallways are a little dated decor wise but apart from this all good.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Over night car park charge of £16.
Did not dine in restaurant on this occasion or use the leisure facilities as we’re visiting friends.
Would happily stay again.”

“We returned for our 2nd wedding anniversary and had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. We had our two dogs with us who were treated as well as we were if not better! Breakfast had ample options and staff could not be more helpful. A relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back.”
