“Just wow - So much to say about this property! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The view overlooking the marina is GORGEOUS and worth it for breakfast on the balcony every morning! Playa Flamingo is a short 5-10 min walk away and that beach is one of the nicest in Costa Rica! When we arrived, Carlos greeted us and drove us to get groceries to stock up the fridge. “Eric was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was immaculately clean. The unit itself was very clean and high tech, with a great AC unit. The walk to the beautiful beach takes 3 minutes, but there's a ditch crossing along the way that might be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.”

“This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”
