Dear Reviewer,It is incredibly sad to see that you were unhappy with your stay. And it's also a shame you never approached management to address any of your concerns. The only thing we noticed that makes you write all these untrue complaints is your objection regarding people you met that pay the same price as your with an AI package while you are on HB. Kindly note that these people you met made their holiday package and booking from different companies/tour operators, hence, it is impossible for all guests to have the same price, some have package discounts, vouchers, etc, different from yours. Logically, you shouldn’t compare your holiday price to others. This is the sole reason for your complaint. Our hotel is number 4 out of 74 hotels in Paphos in terms of “Value for Money”. We disagree with your opinions. And regarding the mentioned doors, our doors are perfectly okay with fire safety regulations and they are impossible to open from outside without a key.It is strange to read about you not being happy with our food. Our menu with 8 main meals during lunches, as well as during dinner are more than acceptable to more than 95% of our guests and this is, of course, the reason that we have so many repeaters and shining reviews all across social media.As for the rest of your comment, we won't waste our time replying to it, because it's nothing but a made-up story. The only reason that led you to such a false write-up is because other guests that paid the same price as yours got something more than you. Well, we don’t really know how true this might be, because the majority of your story is deceitful.Finally, it's clear that your made-up story purpose is to be compensated. Your complaints have no ground at all, nothing but lies.

Dear Julian, We always take our guests' feedback very seriously and we always try to make improvements to our service. At the same time, we would like to address some of the points you make in your comments, if you let us. We have weekly menus visible outside our restaurants and if you were not entirely happy with our food options, you should have spoken with our chef and I am certain that he would be able to prepare meals to your liking. We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy our entertainment. Our weekly schedule is present and it is different everyday, nevertheless, our entertainment manager is at the pool area every day and I am sure that if you had approached him, he would have found a way to keep you entertained during the day. It is unfortunate that the information you received upon booking was incorrect. Please believe us that it was not intentional and we have since corrected the issue with the help of our partners. If your neighbours were disturbing you during night time, you should have informed our night receptionist and he would have made sure they respect the other guests. It is a shame your impression of the supervisors was left bitter, although I would like to point out that we have staff that work in the hotel for many years and are very happy with their employer. We are glad that there were employees who made sure to make your experience pleasant and if you had issues with the A/C, you should have reported it. In the time of your stay our central system was still on Heat and maybe that is why you were left with the understanding that the A/C doesn’t work. Overall we hope that you have left the hotel with happy memories and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
