Great hotel in a nice location. Everything was surprisingly clean and in good condition, especially considering memorial day weekend. Staff were incredible and helpful, never had to ask twice. Breakfast was awesome for being included, stuff fresh fruit and premium items like eggs, meat, fresh fruit and tortillas to make breakfast burritos. We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is perfect positioned in Manhattan. The room is not big, but had everything that we need. Our room was on the 25th floor and the view was amazing. The breakfast was good too. We have stayed for 5 nights.

Very central location and great breakfast. We had 2 double beds; other than beds there wasn’t much space in the room. We loved the location as walking distance to Time Square, lots of restaurants etc. we booked tickets to see a show via the hotel. The surcharge to book from hotel was 50% of the ticket price, so just a heads up.

The location was very nice and a well maintained property (inside). The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are smaller than other Hyatt Place's I've stayed, but we were in NY and only for 2 nights! Also, the breakfast was great as usual. We were maybe 2-3 blocks from Time Square (about an 8-10 min walk depending on you). Central park was about a 25 min or less walk, again depending on you.

We went for a few days to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday and took the opportunity to have a family gathering. The hotel staff were very friendly and we were able to have a dinner to share with the family. The restaurant and bar were very good and the service was very friendly. A special positive review for them for their effort in making sure we had a pleasant experience and a nice meal. The bellboy was also very helpful.

Easy 2 - 3 minute walk to Port Authority Station. Neighboring properties place garbage fairly close to entrance so there was a bit of a smell entering/existing hotel.
