โI booked a nights' stay to be near mother who was being admitted to boarding care. There was a glitch in her transfer and I was unable to modify my reservation to the new admissions date. Lost my reservation and money, and was charged even more money for a new reservation. Hotels.com said it was a hotel policy; the hotel said it was hotels.com.โ
โI love this hotel and the staff. I have stayed here probably 10 times over the past few years. The rooms are starting to look a little tired. the furniture in my room had scrapes and marks all over them, and the bathroom needs to be updated. The shower heads have so so flow. I also would upgrade the TV's (Bigger) and the bedding is rough and should be more plush and higher grade. I will continue to stay here, but i think it needs a faceift. โ
โI liked nearly everything about this property! Itโs gated for safety, the room is clean, and you rarely smell weed. The only thing I didnโt like is my room needed a table. The only horizontal surfaces in the room were the bathroom countertop and one small night stand. A desk or table, to go with the lone chair, would be perfect.โ
โGood location for traveling to Lake Tahoe from San Francisco. Close to shopping malls and various types of restaurants within a few minutes driving. The facility was good and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good quality. โ
โThe young lady at the front needs a raise, she was amazing to work with. I booked this for my coworker and he didnโt get in til 12:30am but she made it easy for him to get his keys and enjoy his stay. Thank you โ
โOur stay at the hotel was very nice. It was easy to find and everything was good. All of staff were very friendly, pleasant and courteous.
We checked in early evening on Wednesday and Kaitlin took care of getting us checked in and helped us with some information about the area. the following evenings when we return to the hotel Kaitlin would always greet us and ask how our day was and if we needed anything. When we return to Vacaville, we will definitely stay here again. The room was nice, but...
"The hotel is being renewed, so there is a construction noise.The room is clean and modern.I gave up taking a shower twice because the hot water didn't come out. I only used the free breakfast for one day. They give me free wine in the evening, but I didn't use it."
