I liked how nice the beds were set up with clean coverings and a good amount of pillows. There were enough towels in the bathroom and the room was very spacious. The pool was also clean and nice.

The staff was wonderful.It was just super frustrating that we were told the hot tub worked when we got there didn't work.That was one of the main reasons.We were renting the room and staying in that hotel, and also I had rented two queens that came with the sofa and a big room.And we did not get that we got a king and a sofa, and it was four of us in a little, tiny space. Just super frustrating

The front desk employee was so helpful. We had a car full of luggage as our daughter just arrived from Australia. It was too early to check in and she allowed us unload our luggage as we left to find a place to eat.
