"Gorgeous, haunting and wonderful staff. Bartenders were a bit snobbish but the rest of the stay was perfection."

"​The room, bathroom, and kitchen are clean. The breakfast selection is quite good, it offers plenty of variety, including convenient "grab and go" options for those in a rush. However, the dining area is quite small; unless you’re willing to wait for a table, you might need to take your meal back to your room. My suite was located directly next to the elevator, and I could hear a squeaky mechanism throughout the night. While I was told there is complimentary laundry on-site, I didn't have the chance to use it. The accommodations is quite dated, but the services are great."

"I think this hotel is not well rated and should be 3 stars, not 2. Bedroom was very clean, check in and out was very fast. Breakfast is ok, with many options. (Way better than "Stark hotel Montreal by Hilton") The coffee was pretty good and coffee machine in your bedroom. Beds were very comfortables."
