"Les chambres sont bien, nous étions dans la nouvelle partie. Nous avions demandé vue fleuve, nous voyons le fleuve par contre il y avait de la machinerie lourde direct devant notre chambre. Lit confortable mais quand nous avions réservé ça disait 2 grand lit double mais ils ont seulement des lit doubles dans les chambres avec deux lits. Le service au restaurant la Marée Haute à l’heure du souper n’est vraiment pas bon. Si vous y allez pour un apéro vers 16h00- 17h00 c’est ok mais aussitôt qu’il commence à y avoir plus de monde ça devient difficile. Nous y sommes allés pour le souper vers 18h30. Commandé 2 bières et un apéros spritz. Les bières sont arrivées rapidement mais pour mon verre, il a fallu le demander 3 fois, arrivé après 30 minutes d’attente. Pour la bouteille de vin c’est la même chose. Nos plats sont arrivés après 45 minutes-1 heure d’attente. Moule trop cuites, sèches, smoked meat pain du dessus tout sèché et tranche en dessous détrempée. La serveuse nous dit que les plats sont peut-être restés trop longtemps sur le passe plat. Il faut savoir que la cuisine est un étage plus bas. Il y a énormément de choix sur le menu. Les gens à côté de nous ont pris la queue de homard,elle était vraiment trop cuite, impossible de la sortir de sa coquille. Ils ont fait le commentaire à la serveuse très poliment et celle-ci leur a dit de rester poli avec la serveuse! Je retournerais si c’est seulement pour dormir mais pas pour manger."
