"Definitely in a busy location, was overwhelming to find the property initially but once we found a parking garage and were able to walk to the doorway- the rest was a breeze. Very easy check in process. Some good restaurants below just like I said above, very busy and lots of garbage. We had kids with us and would have liked to use the outdoor space across the street. "Clean and pleasant hotel and room, well decorated and modern. Air conditioning struggled but we were on the top floor and it was 32 degrees so that might explain it. Staff were great and breakfast very good. Location is good for Ferry and train but area around hotel is run down and dirty and not very nice to walk through at night which is a shame."

"The staff here were unbelievably helpful, cannot thank them enough (they searched my car for 20 minutes looking for a lost key at 11:30pm) and were helping me resolve by calling the break down service etc. They swiftly brought me room service at midnight. The breakfast on the roof with the view was heavenly!"
