“My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. If a child where to sit up quickly i they would put a hole in their head. The one loft window in the room is low down and...

“Fantastic stay at peaceful area. It is located in the middle of nowhere, but very peaceful. All staffs were very friendly and helpful. The condition of room was also great and definitely better than pictures. Beautiful place with great cares. Breakfast was just perfect.”
