We absolutely adored this simple, quite, cozy studio apt hotel room. There's a monoprix across the street for quick grocery shopping, and the kitchen area in our room had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The area is residential, quiet, and safe feeling. A great walkable distance from La Defense Arena-- definitely ideal for attending a concert there. We would definitely stay here again!

Fine but worn down

Ok hotelroom with relatively new kitchen. Everything else is worn down. Parking garage didn't work upon arrival, so had to find other alternatives. Really not ok that the receptionist can't speak enough English to guide us to the nearest metro...! It might be a standard hotel for Paris.

The condition was horrible. The room wasn't cleaned at all. Not clean. Everything in the room disgusted us. We didn't even want to be in there barefoot. The mattresses were yellow and soiled. Yuck, everything stank, even the hallway. The kitchen was terrible, you didn't want to touch anything. And we had written two weeks in advance when we would be arriving and you said okay. And when we got there, you didn't let us into the room from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. You said it wasn't ready. We were shocked when we got to the room. We don't even want to know what was in the room before.

No AC despite charging for an AC room.

No AC in the room despite I booked an AC room. The hotel is least bothered and my umpteen reminders were useless. Whenever I ask them about room AC and bathroom issues, the only answer I get is “we are trying, please wait”. AC is not working.Bathroom water cool and hot mixer not working.Balcony is all broken, Room is filthy. My entire holiday in Paris is spoilt due this hotel issue, I would hold Adagio and Hotel.com responsible for all my sufferings on this holiday. I will ensure that entire social media should know about it. It’s a complete fraud that on the name of 4 star hotel, you are befooling the world.

Yataklar idare eder ev daha minimalist olamazdı. Mimarı tebrik ediyorum. Su sebili gece kapatılıyor önleminizi almayı unutmayın. Çamaşırhane çalışmıyor. Klima yok. Balkon var ama işlevsiz bırakılmış. Evin içindeki sandalye ve sehpaları dışarı taşımak gerekiyor.

Appart’hotel de bonne facture, il est cependant à déplorer qu’il n’y ait aucun service de ménage (séjour de 4 nuitées) notamment pas de réassort des serviettes de toilettes, et qu’il y ait des problèmes de plomberie : eau marron qui sort du robinet puis plus d’eau chaude ce qui empêche de se doucher la dernière nuit et dernière matinée (2e problème de plomberie en deux mois)

Très bon séjour, même si nous avons dû changer d’établissement pour cause de dégâts des eaux. Très bonnes explications pour ce changement et très bon accueil dans le nouvel établissement qui se trouvait à proximité.

Wir waren mit der Familie in Paris, wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht. Das Zimmer ist völlig runtergekommen, Heizung funktioniert nicht, es sind Heizstrahler im Zimmer aufgestellt, die aber zu einer sehr trockenen Luft geführt haben. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir alle angefangen zu husten. Das Zimmer ist völlig veraltet, und nicht akzeptabel. Aus den Wasserleitungen kam braunes Wasser. Des weiteren finden in dem Hotel Bauarbeiten statt, die ständig gebohrt haben. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal nehmen.

Un très agréable séjour.

Avons passé deux nuits dans un joli appartement, très propre.Nous avions quatre couchages, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas nous séparer de nos deux enfants. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très aimable. La situation dans le quartier de La Défense est top.

Ponits negatifs: pas d'air conditionné (1 ventilateur pour 4 personnes inefficace en ces temps de forte chaleur), caution de 150€ a l'arrivée non mentionnée au moment de la réservation, lits gigognes pas confortables, pas de draps (que des housses de couettes). Ponits positifs: bon emplacement, personnel chaleureux et accueillant, chambre spacieuse, pratique,propre et bien équipée.

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel pendant 5 jours et j’ai vraiment aimé le service à la réception il y a avait toujours quelqu’un pour répondre à nos questions. J’étais aussi avec mes enfants et ça m’a beaucoup aidé parce que il y a Mono Prix tout prêt et ils ferment à minuit et ça nous a beaucoup aidé avec à faire les courses. C’était vraiment facile de prendre le métro aussi puis ils ont des prix raisonnables.

Correct pour un court séjour. À proximité de divers services et magasins. Inconvénients : - L’appart est très petit et n’est pas super propre. - L’air climatisé est non réglable. - La carte magnétique pour démarrer la porte fonctionne 1 fois /2. Attention : - Si vous arrivez de l’étranger, prévoir 1 € pour avoir accès à un chariot pour vos valises qui se trouve d'ailleurs dans le parking loin de la réception. - Si votre séjour est inférieur à 8 jours vous n’aurez pas accès au service d’entretien ménager et aussi à un nouveau set de serviettes de bain à moins que vous acceptez de payer 10 € la serviette. Il faisait 39C quand on y était… - Le personnel à l’accueil n’est pas habilité à un service à la clientèle de qualité.
