자정이되면 호텔안에 갇히는 이상한호텔.
나는 한 아이의 엄마입니다! 아이와 둘이 숙박했는데..1층..프론트 바로 옆방을 주더군요ㅠㅠ 남은 방이 이것뿐이라고 했지만..호텔스닷컴에 예약을 넣어보니 풀부킹이 아니더군요.. 그래도 그냥 그러려니 하고 잤습니다.. 중간 문도 없는 호텔이라, 로비의 기침소리까지 룸에서 들렸고.. 공포의 사건이 벌어졌습니다. 아이와 둘이 잠들었는데! 자정이 가까워진 시간에..누군가가 밖에서 창문을 계속 두드렸어요!!! ㅠㅠ 진짜 공포스러웠습니다. 1층이라 창문이 길가쪽에 크게 되어있거든요.. 핸드폰같은 딱딱한 물체로 한 30분을 창문을 두드렸어요 무서워서 커튼을 열어 확인해보지도 못하고 공포에 떨었습니다. 로비엔 전화를해도 받지않더군요.. 그러다가 로비에서 사람소리가 들리길래 나가보니.. 창문을 두드린사람은 이 호텔 투숙객이었고... 자정이 되지도 않은시간에 호텔 직원들은 프론트를 지키지않고 사라졌고..전화는 계속 울리고..호텔밖에서 안으로 들어오는 문이 모두 잠겨있었습니다. 정말 이상한 호텔이예요ㅜㅜ 안에서도 문이 열리지 않아서, 그 투숙객들은 로비의 큰 창문을 넘어서 들어왔어요. 자정이후 로비를 비우고 호텔문을 잠그다니..... 그날의 공포를 잊을수가 없네요ㅠㅠ

However, we inform you that all rooms are the same size and they're quite big for Paris standards as the square meter is very expensive in Haussmann buildings. We also inform you that since the renovation in 2014, the category is Superior Double or Superior Twin with modern item, safe free of charge and 4 pillows. Indeed before 2014, we were as Standard Double or Standard Twin. The size of the room for a 3 stars hotel is not as important as 4-5 stars hotels or as in palace which could have suites and larger rooms than other hotels. In our hotel, there is only 1 very large room next to the reception and entrance of the hotel as it is specifically dedicated for a disabled person or for a family as we could exceptionnally put 2 sofa-beds or 1 sofa-bed and a baby cot. Great location for dining, walkable to Pantheon, Notre Dame and Eiffel and other key Paris sites. Local fresh food and flower market very close and cafe right across the street for morning coffee and pastries. Easy walk to Gare de Lyon for trains.

Rooms small to be expected but long brown carpet in main room nasty should be flooring dirty. The air conditioner worked great the 1st second night didn’t work at all. One of the two shower heads worked and general can’t give much of a review 2 star at best

It was an alright hotel. Nothing bad, nothing real good. The room and bathroom are VERY small. The area is safe and a walk to nearest attractions. Dont waste your money on the breakfast, eat at pastry shop next door.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in..... thick layers of dust on everything.... small room, poor amenities and rude staff, beds are like slabs, A/C didnt work, glass door on bathroom and water leaks out onto carpet, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very good location close to metro station for line 7 that gets you to most visited areas, short walk to Rue Mouffetard which had a lot of dining options.

Convenient location on a metro line. That's the best thing going for it. Rooms are tiny with poor amenities. Awful customer service AND we had bed bugs in our room. When we told the night front desk staff, the person was not apologetic and seemed very bothered by us pointing it out. Like we were inconveniencing them!! We expected much better service from a Best Western brand property!

We found the hotel to be conveniently located to the Metro, walking distance from the Pantheon, Notre Dame & alot of dining. Room was nice however the bed was not comfortable. Surprised to find no fridge in the room. The day staff was very helpful and friendly, the staff who worked nights were not. When we inquired about getting coffee & such fir our room the man who worked the night shift was very rude and said you only get one complimentary cup a of coffee on your first night only.

We selected executive room for a 4 nights stay. The room is much smaller than the photos shown on Expedia. The room light is dim. The window is non-usable, facing another wall of the building. Generally speaking , the atmosphere makes you don’t want to stay in the room longer. Although we booked the biggest size available , it’s crowded for 2 adults and a baby. The cleaner is good but the services are terrible. The staff seems to enjoy giving “ lecture “ to their customers , which I don’t find it appropriate. The hotel is clean and the location is good. There are plenty of restaurants to pick nearby and 100 M walking distance to the hotel.

this was a great location for getting around on metro, great restaurants and although the hotel and room is small, its clean and has everything. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful.

The front desk people were not friendly at all when we checked in and three days after that. When we checked out at the fourth day there were very friendly hotel manager. We were informed that the people who were there the previous three days were temporary replacement. The hotel management should not let these people work there even as temporary replacement. They were not friendly at all.

Staff was very helpful and directed us to a great area very close by that had dozens of restaurants of all ranges of prices and varieties of food. Lots of bakeries and small stores for anything you may require.

The shower design is not user friendly. The shower will be the attachment wand to use.There is one window as a shower curtain and an open space of the bathtub so it takes a getting used to so you don’t spray water everywhere in the bathroom.

Excellent location in walking distance from Pantheon and lots of great bars & restaurants. Hôtel itself was nice and staff excellent - rooms good size and shower nice and powerful. Late check in due to flight arriving late and night manager greeted us with a friendly welcome to get checked in. All in all a lovely stay and would highly recommend.
