Clean hotel with friendly staff. Metro (Hoche) is just across the road which makes travelling around Paris very convenient. There is also a bus stop outside which goes into central Paris (one bus with no changes). A mall with a supermarket is located next to the hotel.

Hotel located near metro station, which provides easy access to other areas in Paris. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant. There are quite a few eateries around. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I will be back.

Amazing location, right next to a Metro stop, literally right outside, giving you access to the whole of Paris easy and getting back easy, I was able to get back to hotel within an hour to 40 mins wherever I went. Room was abit bare bones but had everything you need and was a good price. I was asked to put down a €100 deposit before I was let into my room, I knew about the tourist tax but I’m pretty sure it’s mentioned no where on Expedia that I could see that you’d be expected to pay a deposit or that said deposit would be €100. I checked out of the room 6 days ago and the deposit still hasn’t been refunded so be aware that you’ll have to pay €100 more ontop of the hotel room cost and the daily tourist tax and that it’ll take a week maybe even 2 before you get the money back, as tomorrow it’ll be a week since I checked out and still haven’t got the €100 yet which is making me anxious.

Hotel was well situated close to a metro station with easy access into the central tourist areas, taking about 20mins. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and shower superb. The only problem was that the air conditioning was broken for the four nights we visited, Luckily we were on the back of the hotel which was super quiet and were able to open the window fully or else it would have been an oven.

The hotel is very convenient by the 5 line metro which we loved. As per the photos on the site...well it is currently under construction so...yeah, dont go based off those. Some nice restaurants in the area, great staff and for the price you really cant beat it. The toilets and overall plumbing could be better, but thats Paris for you (honestly speaking). Must say, best beds and overall rooms/suites ever for the price. Has AC which in the summer heatwave was FANTASTIC to have. I would have rated higher if I had known from the start it was under construction, but that i believe is more a "Hotels.com" issue than the actual hotel's. Overall I enjoyed it. The area (Pantin) may feel unsafe to most travelers who might romanticize Paris, im from NYC so there are far worse places in the world, and it felt familiar to me; just maybe safer than NYC.

Room was a nice size and clean. I liked that it had a desk and chair. Metro station right outside, very easy to get into the city for the main attractions of Paris. The area surrounding the hotel is a little run down. But I never felt unsafe or anything like that. Overall pleased.

For the price the stay was ok, room itself was dated and there was damages to walls TV and shower. Bed was comfy enough and it was a quiet, warm room. Good location for the metro but not in the best of areas, didnt feel the safest. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
