“I contacted the hotel before my arrival regarding an urgent issue and unfortunately did not receive a response. Communication was disappointing and I was unable to obtain assistance despite several attempts to make contact. Based on my experience with customer service, I found the response to be unsatisfactory.”

“숙소 주인분은 영어도 가능하시고 친절해서 자는데는 부담이 없었습니다 6층에서 잤는데 다락방처럼 천장 반이 없었어요.. 숙소위치도 18구 쪽이다보니 치안에 유의해야합니다. 싼만큼 위험부담이 클거같네요”
