The room was lovely but dark and would really benefit from an overhead light. The car park was great but tight to get into and we couldn’t find the entrance so had to go to reception to ask. Lovely communal areas, fabulous staff, just across the road from the palace and a lovely breakfast

Cute historical place. Out side it’s only stairs very difficult to get checked in with baggage, not suitable for elderly or wheelchair. Staff was friendly.

So close to the palace…within a 5 min walk. Clean and beautiful and felt very fancy. The staff were so kind and accommodating in letting us check in early. The beds were incredibly comfortable and our balcony

This is a great hotel just minutes from the palace gates and dinning attractions. Roma are big and bathrooms are updated nicely. Good breakfast in the morning.

Loved this hotel! Fabulous staff at all times - all the staff at reception were exceptional. Really so delighted. Wherever I travel, I always check if there is construction work. Highly recommend this hotel for it's staff, amenities and for it's proximity to the Chateau. Great stay!
