"Check in was very easy and friendly room was tiny bathroom was a touch bigger than a plane bathroom but for one night it was fine, the only real issue were the electric plugs they wouldn't hold my charger the plugs would push into the wall and would not not hold my charger i had to go downstairs and find the only normal socket and stand near the elevators to charge my phone it was ridiculous I had no choice because I needed my phone charged to use my alarm"

"This hotel has a great vibe and style. The pool facility it has access to is pretty spectacular, with saunas and many types of pools for everyone to enjoy. The ceasar salad was excellent as well as all the other food we ordered. The beds we're comfy. I couldn't believe it was an airport hotel as it felt more resortish."

"The Eiffel Tower view did not disappoint and made up for the little nuances. The room was large and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 teens. Partial kitchen: microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher and coffee. One con: the zipper liner for the mattress was really dirty. We removed it and lined the mattress with the provided fitted sheet. Overall, would definitely recommend!"

"We had one of the corner rooms with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. I have previously stayed in a smaller room with CitizenM in Seattle and the size difference was wild. Very spacious room with a nice divider between the bathroom area and sleeping area. We enjoyed all the windows, the media settings, outlets, and most importantly, access to the bar downstairs during our stay. The lobby was also a beautiful space which was one floor up from ground level, which made it feel a bit more safe in the area."
