건강에 해가 되는 냄새+늘 추운 방
1-4층은 리모델링 공사를 진행하면서 동시에 5,6층만 손님을 받고 있습니다. 아침 9시가 되면 공사 소음이 시작됩니다. 방은 몹시 춥습니다. 8박을 지냈는데 저녁때마다 온도 높여달라고 요청 했을 때 매번 이유가 달랐습니다. 처음에는 알겠다 내가 높여줬다(막상 방에 가보면 달라진 게 없음), 그 다음날 물어보면 뭐가 고장났다, 시스템 전체 공사로 내일부터 될거다(난방 아예 안됨) 등등 매번 이유는 달라졌고 단 하루도 따뜻하게 잠들어본적이 없네요. 전기방석을 챙겨갔는데, 이걸로 버텼습니다. 엄마는 계속 춥다고 불만 제기 하셨구요... 그리고 방에 들어서면 시멘트냄새인지 뭔지 건강에 해가 될 것 같은 냄새가 나는데 창문을 열어놔도 절대 빠지지 않습니다. 화장실에서는 그 냄새가 더 강렬하게 나구요. 파리 호텔들이 너무 비싸서 위치와 가격에 있어 정말 심사숙고해서 고른 호텔인데..ㅎ이모양이었네요...

3성급 치고는 전체적으로 좋았습니다 10박 머무르는 동안 리셉션 직원이며 룸 정리도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 미리 예약하신다면 가성비가 제일 좋은 호텔일것 같네요 적극 추천합니다

딱 3성급 호텔입니다. 위치는 최고입니다.
위치는 굉장히 좋습니다. 호텔이 위치한 오페라 지구는 물론 몽마르뜨, 루브르미술관 모두 도보로 30분 내외 거리입니다. 개선문, 에펠탑을 제외한 주요 관광지를 모두 걸어다녔습니다. 시설은 딱 3성급입니다. 나름 깔끔하고 평균적인 파리호텔보다 조금 넓은 편이나 창문 바깥은 벽이라 시야가 확보되지 않고 어매너티는 샤워로션과 비누가 전부입니다. 조식은 전형적인 콜드뷔페로 비용, 등급을 감안할 때 만족합니다. 서비스는 천차만별이네요. 프런트, 식당 모두 친절한 분도 있지만 무뚝뚝하거나 수다를 떨고 있는 사람도 있습니다. 청소 상태도 전반적으로 만족하지만 침구는 매일 교체하지 않고 첫날 물먹은 수건을 회수해가지 않았습니다.

조식포함 결제하였음에도 조식이 포함되지 않은 것이 호텔측 문제인지 익스피디아측 문제인지
제가 분명히 조식포함 결제하였음에도 호텔에 가니 조식이 포함되지 않았다고 하였습니다. 저는 조식 포함 바우처를 아직도 가지고 있습니다. 이것이 호텔측 문제인지 익스피디아측 문제인지 알고 싶습니다. 게다가 트윈룸 예약했는데 더블룸을 준 것도 문제가 있다고 생각됩니다.

지하철이 지나가는듯한 진동은 1분30초당 한번꼴로 느낄수있었음. 백화점은 가까움.

규모는 작으나 지하철 접근성 및 조용함을 모두 갖춘 호텔
전체적으로 호텔이 깨꿋하였다. 파리에 있는 호텔치고 크기도 괜찮고 나름 아늑한 맛도 있었다. 아침은 가지수는 많지 않으나 일반 동급호텔 수준으로 제공하였고 식사 장소는 동굴 느낌으로 아늑한 맛이 있었다. 라파옛 역및 백화점에서 적당히 떨어져 있어 이동과 조용함의 장점을 모두 확보하였다.

This was a charming hotel centrally located to everything we wanted to see. It was close to transportation hubs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely place I would for sure return.

Lovely staff
When we first walked into the hotel it seemed a lot smaller than we had imagined, but very nicely decorated to feel somewhere between home and a good hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely as soon as we got there, and gave it a ‘family owned’ vibe that we really enjoyed. The location was great too, especially for visiting the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. We would recommend a nearby cafe called Braun Notes as well, which had a nice atmosphere and good food. We would go back to Hotel Touraine Opéra!

Great room and amenities! I took the room “perfect for a solo traveller” and the bed was more than big enough for two. I enjoyed the special touches like the Occitane products, the flat and sparkling water, the Kusmi tea, the nice big pillows etc. The room was very clean and I have nothing bad to say about it!

Super service, goede ligging en heerlijk ontbijt
Prima hotel, centraal gelegen. Kamers niet groot maar ook niet nodig in Parijs. Ontbijt was super en de service geweldig! Ik kreeg zelfs enkele macarons mee naar huis voor mijn zoontje.

Atendimento incrível desde a chegada, todos muito acolhedores, educados e nos anteciparam o check in depois de uma longa viagem. O quarto é excelente, mas imaginava maior. Mas nada que impactasse, pois eh muito bem localizado, cama e chuveiro incríveis! Destaque para os colaboradores da recepção muito divertidos e atenciosos!

I had a nice stay at Hotel Touraine Opéra. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size for Paris. It was walking distance from bars and restaurants as well. I would recommend!

This is by far not a 4 star hotel
This is not 4 star accomodation. A tiny room, sqeeky pipes, no real window, access to the bed on one side, smells from the kitchen, no closet but just hangers hanging, very small bathroom. I complained; they said they would move me the next day but they did not. They claim it is all because I am one person. So if you are one person, they believe they can give you a substandard room...

Dear Guest, We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. You had indeed booked a Cosy Single Bedroom, intended for a one person use. We did not give you a substandard room, we gave you the room your booked. The window you had in the room was facing the courtyard, which is more quiet than the street side. We tried to find a solution to move you to another room category but the only availability we had was another Cosy Single Bedroom, which you did not enjoy. Next time, make sure to book a Double Bedroom, they are slightly more expensive but they are also bigger and I think it would be more to your taste. We are again sorry you did not enjoy everything but we can assure you we can make it better during your next stay. Best regards, Natacha
