This location is perfect for families and lone travelers. Westfield mall is a quick walk away and the metro is right out side the hotel. The rooms are wonderful and spacious with views of the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely stay here again.

Is great and beautiful. The only problem was at the restaurant; we got to the hotel late and we went straight to have dinner. Service in the restaurant was horrible, the lady never went to get our order I had to go over to bar to order food; the steak was cold and hard. Full price for 2 stakes, a coke and 2 waters total of 80 euros. Over all the hotel is in a perfect location and you can actually see the tower from your room.

We had a great stay at the Melia. However there are some issues I would like to address. The ceiling/ wall in the bathroom had plaster and wall paper that was falling apart. I took pictures and addressed it with the staff and was informed by Jemmina that the hotel was fully booked and that she would send a person to repair it, but the person never came nor were we compensated for this inconvenience. Day 2 we came into the room to found clean folded towels on the bathroom floor, and I had to request fresh ones. The doorman at the rooftop lounge was extremely rude, but the bartender remembered me from earlier in the day and was more than accommodating. Other than those issues, the frontdesk staff was very friendly and they also sent a sweet treat and handwritten note to celebrate my niece's birthday.
