I was staying at the hotel the night before I flew home. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell just before I got to the hotel, hurt my arm and shoulder and was in a lot of pain. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Helped me with my luggage, got me ice, pulled a modified sling together and were exceptionally kind. Madeleine was especially great. I can’t thank them enough for the TLC when I was hurting and a bit in shock.

Excellent location — just what we were looking for, as we wanted to stay as close to the airport as possible for our connection. The hotel is located within the airport itself, which made everything incredibly convenient. Check-out was quick and hassle-free — all we had to do was drop our key in a box. Convenient hotel right next to terminal 2, easy to catch the airport train, good value for money. The hotel has been refurbished and is clean, does the job for a night before catching a flight. The shower-head was broken and no hand soap left, I mentioned it to the front desk, not sure these things get fixed. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed but were friendly.

Two things were not great: beds not comfortable, and the bathroom door was not closing. Other than that, service was very good, breakfast as well. Convenience is hard to beat in CDG airport, given that the hotel has a direct entrance into the train station and airport shuttle.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind! The location is super convenient if you have to get up early the next day to head off to the airport. The CDGVAL transport is FREE, which makes everything even better. Our room was clean and super comfy.
