We are extremely disappointed and astonished by your review and your severe rating. We are trying to understand why you were so disappointed. Was it because you thought that you booked a hotel ? Which we are not. You compared us to Hotel Pullman, a hotel chain of 430 rooms... All our descriptions do mention that we are a 5-bedrooms luxury Bed and Breakfast. We are listed as B&B on Exepdia, not as a hotel. YWe are not an «old» accommodation, the B&B was entirely renovated in 2016, with brand new bathrooms. The interior and the exterior of a Haussmannian building reflects the stylish elegance of the last decades of the 19th century. Their typical interior design incorporates ornate moldings, herringbone oak parquet floors, marble fireplaces, large windows. All of these elements were pefertly renovated. This is the classic image of a Parisian apartment. Was it because of the langage barrier ? We do not speak Korean, you do not speak English. Regarding the problem with your room's door, in fact, by turning it to the wrong way, and insisting to much, you almost broke it. In France, we lock a door by turning to the left. We tried to explain it but we did not managed to understand one another. Did you had a problem to open the B&B’s door ? You probably forgot to press the red button for an automatic opening. Regarding the breakfast, did you expect a large buffet as in big hotels ? Our breakfast is served at the table and is highly rated by all our guests. It is a full breakfast including eggs on your choice (scrambled, omelette, fried, etc), a selection of 3 different hams and salamis, 3 different French cheeses, fresh fruits, fresh sqeezed orange juice, yogourt and boiled eggs, and of course, French baguettes and croissants. Regarding the price, you booked a non-refundable rate with a last minute 35% discount.

Vous avez séjourné 2 nuits. Comme recommandé par la profession, en période de Covid, et comme indiqué sur notre site, dans le salon, et lors du check-in, nous n'effectuons pas le service de recouche, sauf demande expresse du client à signaler le matin au petit-déjeuner. Avec l'accord de la société de nettoyage, nous allons reprendre le service de recouche systématique à partir du 15 juillet.
