The location is great for a base mountain location. Gondola right at the exit of the building. Ski valet and locker rooms are nice for longer stays. Expectations were set ahead of time but the rooms are very small, especially for a family of 4.

The property is in a great location, clean and family friendly. I would suggest they add multiple hooks around the room and bathroom as there are only 2 hooks total (in the bathroom) and very little storage for luggage. Also communication is hit or miss depending on the time of day. And last the property is a maze so a little more direction on getting around at check in would have been helpful. Thank You.

Limited communication with front desk as many workers have no answers. Put on hold for long periods of time. Many times they do not help. No maid service. Fresh towels and garbage pick up limited. Mini micro sized trash can. The area shuttle is hard to communicate with. Will not take you in the area they designate that they will. Only a few shuttle drop offs. Many times the shuttle request was dropped from their app (which you must use) and another was made and the wait times then extended. The property very, very large layout, confusing and hard to navigate. No restaurant on site. Many times in the condo were broken or missing. Would not return.

RENTER BEWARE! Indoor/Outdoor pool closed, literally the whole reason I booked here. Properly lists construction on neighboring properties, but fails to mention construction on an advertised amenity.

Great family stay

This was my first time back in 19 years and I was very pleased. Our suite was very nice and spacious. The layout was great for a family. The pools are fun but very shallow. The only downside was there the construction happening right outside the bedroom windows on another resort. Work started at 7 AM each morning. I would good back but hope for a room not on the construction side.

Getaway for a wedding

Room was comfortable and the perfect size for the two of us. Only bummer was that our view was the construction site of a new building going up. But it wasn't a deal breaker as we were mostly out attending events for our friends wedding. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Too much noise!!

The unit was next to construction, which we would normally be okay with. However construction began at 630 in the morning every day.
