"In an industrial area next to a container storage yard. Very new highway exit, but hard to tell it is a hotel from outside. Very clean but Spartan. No soap in shower (one by sink which they expect you to use for shower as well, but you would have to exit the shower to get some soap, so not sure hot that works). We had not brought our own soap, so we had to skip showering. Breakfast was simple but good. Service at breakfast also good. Front desk was closed before 7 pm so key left in lock box...

"I initially booked for only 5 days of my 20 day stay because I did not want to be stuck in a hotel I might not like. After five days I booked the remaining 15 days because it was such a great place. Very convenient immediately next to a stop with a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop and drug store all in the building. Very clean, comfortable and super friendly staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Gritty but lively location immediately adjacent train station. Getting to the hotel down one-lane, one-way road took planning. 15 to 20 minute ‘busy’ walk to Marienplatz. Parking extremely tight but on premises for a fee and even though the hotel was sold out we always found a spot. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor courtyard was pleasant. They try to have some fun with Bavarian themed décor throughout. Breakfast for a fee was good but doesn’t set any benchmarks. Junior suite was spacious and second washroom appreciated. Bed comfortable. Not a fan of the room lighting as its all or nothing - no way to select individual lights. No switch for main bathroom lighting- its on a motion sensor only and stays on and shines through glass windows into the room and stays on for 7 minutes or so - not ideal at 3am when everyone else in room is (was) asleep! There was some noise from adjacent rooms but no street noise. Plenty of good eating options nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay fine."

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent location just across the street from the main train station. Plenty of places to eat. 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. There’s a hop on hop off bus you can take that’s 10 minute walk from the hotel. The pool is clean but cold. My only complaint was the pillows. They’re flat. I needed 3 just to get me comfortable. The bed is comfortable though. Overall our 5 day stay was enjoyable."

I got a birthday cupcake and, personalised card and decorations upon entering my room. We were also given drinks vouchers on arrival. There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again."
