Basic hotel

The guest service attendants were very pleasant. And the hotel smoked clean and fresh. We weren’t expecting renovations and there was no indication of that incidence at time of booking. One of 2 elevators worked and the one working also needed maintenance. The breakfast was nice and refreshed consistently, the suite was clean but the shower ceiling was outdated, crudely painted and the shower head needed to be changed. Overall it was decent for the value

The staff was courteous and caring. My son is disabled and had oral surgery the lady in the kitchen went above and beyond for him to ensure he had a comfortable and fulfilling breakfast
