"Our first night we had a great experience ... clean, friendly staff, great breakfast ... the 2nd night while laying on the bed sideways to watch TV, my leg got scratched ... a bed spring coming out of the side of the bed. AM staff said they'd either get mattress or room changed for us. PM staff knew nothing about the problem when we returned ... changed our room, but that room's mattress sank in the middle ... 2/2 mattresses needed replacements! Convenient, walkable location near shops, restaurants and sports. Kind staff. Clean place."
