"The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was great as well. Location was perfect for staying in Palma!! The hotel has an app that you can download where you can order pillows, bedding, towels, etc along with other services like taxis and concierge. It was about a 15 minute ride to the airport too so it was very easy to get around! "
"Location: Very convenient as you are in old town and an easy walk to the waterfront. There are many many restaurants a very short walk away. Hotel: Feels newly renovated. Had a suite with full kitchen, dinning areaand large balcony. Very clean and modern. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed to be in a locals area which was very nice as the closer you get to the waterfront tourists take over. I would certainly stay here again. "
"This is in the center of Palma and close to many restaurants and activities. It was walkable to so much. Parking was a bit difficult, but they do have parking garages near by that are not affiliated with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are multiple beautiful pools to enjoy. The breakfast was a bit pricy, so we didn’t get it. It was a buffet with many options it appeared. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. I would definitely stay again. "
"We booked the Singular Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. It's spacious, well-designed, and had its own terrace. The building overall is impressive: chic lobby area, cool rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, and a great restaurant. Great location too--within walking distance of a supermarket, luxury shipping, and fine dining. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and always excited to help. "

From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room.
We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely!
