Dear Guest, We regret the inconvenience caused you during your stay. We had faced a water pipe leakage problem. To fix the leakage we had to close the water from 6pm to 11pm. We have also opened few rooms in the next door property for our guests. We want our guests to have a nice experience and regret the inconvenience caused. As, you were not happy with the room, we gave you a free upgrade. We always provide our guest with clean and hygienic rooms. The issues you complained were attended on priority.
