Great hotel

The hotel js in a great location close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Inside it is quiet and clean. The lady who owns it is very friendly and made us feel welcome.

What a great place. Totally quiet. Didn’t hear a sound while I was in my room for 5 days. A/C worked great. All furniture was new, old school style but newly made. The location can’t be beat. How wasted was great. Water pressure was super strong. Internet was very fast. Best value for the money in Patong.

Great weekended stay

Great location 2 minutes from the Beach ,backs onto a street full of bars and restaurants very comfortable with air conditioning and a mini fridge.staff really helpful and comfortable all round. Can purchase early morning coffee from reception, would definitely stay again for this bargain price mini hotel. We stayed top floor and had no issues using the stairs.

Awesome place to stay, very close to Bangla road, Pa Tong beach, Central and Jungceylon. Apartment was spacious and clean. Communication was very good as I had to do late check in. Safety deposit box was not provided as advertised.

Clean with no frills. Quiet location walkable to many points of interest in Patong. 2 minutes from the beach. This is a walk up, no elevator. Will come back again.

Perfect place for us to stay for a night. Whilst only a block away from nightlife etc we could not hear anything at night sleeping. Aircon good. Place clean. And the owners very helpful. They stayed up late waiting for us until midnight to let us in after a late flight which was really appreciated.

This was actually a 2 star room, but the service was 10 star. The owner was amazing. BEAUTIFUL charming lady. She was so sweet and if you are looking for a nice customer experience go there. I was a solo traveller of African american origin and the lady made me feel so welcome. The room itself is quite basic, to be honest. Not like the normal plushness of a 4 or 5 star hotel. But it had everything you could need. Beware the mosquitoes though. Room was also quite dark, but then there was a nice balcony outside. See pictures with the cat. Lots of restaurants and lots of action at your doorstep. I'd hesitate to go back to be honest as I am used to plush hotels but then if you are strapped for cash or looking for a budget but decent place, go there. Lovely woman and her son too was really helpful.

Zimmer war komplett sauber. 2 nette Damen haben jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Es ist kein Luxushotel, aber ich kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man nah am Strand sein möchte. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Hyggelig lite familie eid hotell

Hyggelig lite familie eid hotell som ligger ca 100 meter fra Patong stranden! Ble møtt med et smil og hilsen hver dag av driverne, behjelpelige med koffert opp trappene ved ankomst og avreise. Rommet var ca 24 kvm, med god dobbeltseng, smart tv, kjøleskap, liten balkong, aircondition og bra wifi. Daglig renhold som ble utført kort tid etter jeg hang ut lappen på døra om ønsket renhold. Eneste som trekker litt ned, er aircondition som gir en del støy og en vannpumpe som durer konstant når noe bruker vann. Velger absolutt dette sjarmerende hotellet igjen.
