โThis is the 2nd time I stayed here, and I loved it both times.
Very clean and comfortable and I love that they have EVERYTHING you need for your time on the beach. (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) โ
โThe resort at cocoa beach has so many things for kids to do! We really enjoyed the pool, play area, and the theater. Also, being able to walk out the back door to the beach is definitely a plus!โ
โIt was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!! โ
โWe actually booked a stay nearby that turned out to be a scam. We just searched for a hotel with availability near by and found home2. We booked at 10 pm and upon arrival were immediately checked in and asked about needed changes since we had two young children. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The room was well beyond anything we were expecting! A dishwasher, sink, silverwareโฆetc. very grateful for this hotel!โ
โThe property manager was wonderful. In fact the entire staff was great. We really like this properly very much. It is beach front and easy to get to. โ
โThis was one of the nicest units I have stayed in. Very peaceful. I found this unit very last minute but the manager was still very accommodating and got us in smoothly. The beach is across the road but worth every step. โ

โAvid is a newer hotel and a more modern hotel. It was easy to get to, and the staff is great. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We will be going back in the future.โ
