“Awesome location, staff, and happy hours!!”

“Post House Inn is such a charming place with delicious food, helpful staff and a setting like a movie. A walk around the neighborhood is so peaceful with beautiful homes and friendly people. A very lovely stay.”

“Staff at valet and check in are always amazing! Rooms are gorgeous with high end finishes and quiet. Bedding is high end and comfortable. They have remote black out shades in all rooms, a bidet, some have tvs in the bathroom mirrors, sub zero refrigerators, Keurigs with kcups and Splenda/creamer. A nice stay”

“We had the best stay!! Everyone was so amazing, very clean, great location, beautiful views!”

“Such a perfect weekend at the Pinch! Staff was inviting, friendly and attentive. They accommodated all of our needs. Breakfast buffet was just right for a hotel in that location and felt like we were eating in our best friends cozy chic kitchen. We’ll be back!”

“One of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Everyone and everything was perfect including the location.”

“Hotel stay was fine but when I purchased the hotel stay through Expedia I was told the price included all taxes and fees. When I checked out I was charged an additional $45/day in taxs and fees.”

“We visited in October. It was a lovely weekend and really got to enjoy the pool and outside area. From check in to check out however the staff was not helpful. We seemed to be bothering the front desk at both check in and check out and both times were approached with “Yeah?” Rather than a simple “How can I help you?” Or maybe even “Hello” Bar staff also did not give us any warm feelings and acted as though we were bothering them by asking for a beverage. The Fish House was very busy the morning...

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was great as well as everything else!!”

“a nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying. To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all. No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...

“Great location!! Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff!!”

“This turned out to be the perfect place to stay in the French Quarter. We were able to walk everywhere, and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Charleston!”

“Staff was very friendly, the location is the best, a good hotel , the housekeeping needs improvement.”
