"The room had a side view of the beach . The room size and cleanliness was fine .A bide would have been nice to have . Breakfast was ok it could be better . Service in the breakfast area was mediocre. Tea was only available with tea bags no fresh brew . The choice at the buffet was ok but seen far better ones at different 5 star hotels ."

"I originally booked about 5 nights there from 3/27/26 -departure 4/1/26, but because son,wife (& 2kids) really liked (&decided to Extend their Stay in Greece & at Evereden another week & also because of the War affecting their decision Not return to Abu Dhabi) & enjoyed the grounds that had a nice outdoor Play area w/ climb up Play house &slide down,swings,grassy area, & indoor pool(it rained 2 days so this Was great to take kids to the pool!)& had Spa area (weather was Cold approximarely 50- 62 degeees F) and they utilized the Kid's Club with supervised activities (as they aso had to go do work remotely), & there was a Very Good breakfast buffet; &They wanted to stay longer so I also added 3 more nights. Luckily we had 2 days of Warm Sunshine so we could also go use the Outdoor pool.The buggy service was rather quick but also likely because it was still in the slow cooler season & Not as many guests.I did not enjoy the one time I paid for the dinner buffet.Though I was aprox. the 5th in line to enter the dining room, the food that I chose was rather luke warm- Cool instead of Very Warm to Hot.When I was asked by 2 staff members how I was enjoying my meal. I also didn't enjoy the food flavors; so I had to tell them the Truth.What I found to be Pretty Good, was the Pizza that was being made in front of me as I waited for it. So I hope that they Fixed the issue of luke warm-cool food by the next night.Concierge assistance was Very Good & Friendly.Town had a Great restaurant!"

"Strong smell upon entering. Opened windows to get rid of odor. No staff answers phone calls when concerned about time of driver picking me up to get me to the airport in I e for my flight."

"Such an interesting property - in the middle of pistachio, grape and olive orchards - literally less Than 15 min to the airport. The dinner was delicious, authentic and local. Room was perfect- very modern. "

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small. Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel. "
