The area is sketchy at night but the building and apartment are secure. Just he aware that there are no active businesses or residents in the area after dark. Great place for young people who want a great bargain (safe,clean,necessities). "

"We needed a place to spend the night before a transatlantic flight next day. It was the most relaxing night, we ordered food from a nearby place that arrived within 15 minutes. We made a fire in the common area that has a wood burning fireplace, enjoyed a glass of wine the place offered us. The host was great and pleasant. Despite being 10 min from the airport we didn’t hear the noise of airplanes. Very quiet, nested in pistachio trees and vineyards. Definitely the place to stay every time we fly from Athens "
