Avoid this hotel at all cost. Bathroom smell like sewage. Old facilities. Very noisy window not soundproof at all. Balcony door just held with a pin can easily be open by anyone.

Dirty and outdated whit bugs

Old and dirty furniture very outdated, the be was realy dirty. A lot of bugs an stains and lous music, i changed hotel after one night because it was so bad.

Room as good as can be expected for the price

Location is excellent, staff helpful and friendly, room was as good as can be expected for the price, it had everything that is needed. Ended up staying over a week and got a better rate at the front desk. Only negative was a slight stale smell whenever getting back to the room but quickly went after opening the door for 5 minutes

Good location .

Its an old hotel which renovated and renamed to 7 days premium. The location is excellent. Reception staff were friendly . Good amenities in room . The rooms should be cleaned better .

If you like being kept awake stay here

The hotel is situated in a good location that's about all (2 minutes from walking street, 5 minutes from the beach) when the reception has ear plugs on the reception desk that's telling you something. The sheets in the room were all stained, the noise from the bars on walking street was horrendous until 6am in the morning. We had to change rooms after the first night to the other side of the building. To top everything off we had a taxi booked by the hotel to return us to the airport for our return flight to Phuket it arrived 25 minutes late. After about 20 minutes into the journey we thought something wrong with the direction we were heading so asking the driver where he was taking us his reply was suphvanapum in Bangkok 🤔🤔🤔 when we wanted utapoa/pattaya. This obviously resulted in us missing our flight back to Phuket and resulted in us having to pay for another flight which cost us £220 and resulted in us sitting 5 hours in the airport. As of yet the hotel is accepting no responsibility even the taxi driver told us he had been told to take us to suphvanapum by the hotel

Lobby is nice but room has odor

Hotel lobby is presentable. My sister's room did not have odor however our bathroom smells like sewage. We thought it was our dirty laundry so we sent it to get washed. We got them washed and our entire room smells like dirty laundry. It's the curtain and the bathroom combined that has the odor. We booked the tours but it is not that worth it. They say its a tour but they leave you and drop you without a guide.

Very Very Noisy

Was very noisy until 05.30am everyday as drum playing opposite the hotel and louder especially after 2am and Hotel did not bothered to complained to Police? Hotel just provide useless ear plugs, what is the points when the drum beats created vibration to interfere with heart beats! There are rules for noise level after midnight and hotel should complained to Police or relevant authorities to enforce it by telling the band opposite at VC Hotel to stop after midnight or 1am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty good

Overall it was good, room was large and good view and good WIFI. The cleaner was friendly and fast. However needed more cupboard or bench space to put your clothes and other items. Also the TV only had about 10-12 channels to view and most of these were in Thai.
